Lakes of Parkway is a guarded, gated community of elegant homes located in west Houston. Featured are beautiful lakes with lighted fountains, waterfalls, paved trails and benches. Lush landscaping is seen throughout the common grounds. The large clubhouse overlooks an Olympic-size pool, wading pool, playground and lighted tennis courts. Schools, churches and shopping are nearby. The community feel of the neighborhood is further enhanced by the many activities that are sponsored by the Women’s Club.

The Lakes of Parkway Women's Club offers many opportunities to network with your neighbors through different activities such as:
Monthly Meetings of the entire membership
Fun Groups - Daytime Bunco, Evening Bunco, Book Club, Bridge, Recreational Rookies, Photo Support Group, Girls Game Night, and Out to Lunch Bunch
Special Events where your partner is welcome to attend such as wine tastings and theme dinners

Club meetings are held the second Thursday of each month beginning in September and ending in May. We do not call meetings during the months of June, July or August. Meetings begin at 10:00 am and consist of a call to order by the President, reports from committees and announcements. This is often followed by a guest speaker. Each month the meetings are held at a different member’s home and lunch is provided by three or four members who each volunteer to bring a dish. Lunch is at no cost. Membership dues are $25.00 per year and are due at the September meeting or upon joining.
